Will completed the Mortgage Professionals Canada, Ontario Mortgage Agent course last summer and has recently received his license as a registered Mortgage Agent with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. Over the past several months, Will has been learning the ropes in an administrative capacity and is now working alongside me assisting with the coordination of the entire mortgage process. As a Mortgage Agent, Will’s responsibilities include managing the flow of documents between clients, banks, lawyers and appraisers, analyzing income and down payment documentation, compiling annual reporting requirements for FSRA and keeping up to date with all mortgage products offered by the banks.
